Hear stories about some of the amazing women that we can associate with the historic City of Chester .

Some of the women who founded , defended and helped shape the old City as well as later stories of truly inspiring figures and their contribution to the City’s rich history .

Isabel Robertson will give us this talk on September 23rd 2026 at 7.30 pm at Bishop Lloyd’s Palace. Isabel is the manager of Chester Tourist Information Centre and a local guide.

The talk will be followed by wine and snacks. The cost will be £9.
